I would absolutely go through overnight caskets again. The casket was beautiful and would have cost much more at the funeral home. Tips: 1. For a wood casket I proactively bought a stain marker to cover any small blemishes. (There weren’t exactly any, but it came in handy). 2. Make sure to look very carefully at the pictures. I bought Last Supper with Pieta. In the tiny picture I couldn’t see it, but I thought it was just a fancy term for an embellishment. It turned out to be an icon of Mary holding Jesus, which my loved one would definitely not want! Good news=it was screwed on, so we were able to remove them. The stain marker filled light part inside the screw holes and no issues whatsoever—but it could have been a disaster, so look very carefully. 3. Don’t expect tracking. It got there on time and everything, but I was nervous when I didn’t see tracking info. Even when it was delivered, status didn’t automatically update—but it’s fine. 4. They didn’t always actually have someone to pick up the phone, so make sure you ask your questions etc. and don’t save until the last minute. Overall, it was a great experience, a great value, very good quality casket. I would use them again without hesitation!
