Beautiful casket for a very very good price. The only problem I had was........... Casket was ordered on a Saturday and I paid for a 2 day expedited delivery and funeral service was on Wednesday. The shipping company finally located the casket and said it would be delivered by 5pm on Wednesday.......which I told them was not acceptable....THANKS to the New Orleans shipping office, they were able to locate the casket and deliver to the funeral home by 10 am Wednesday. It should be indicated CLEARLY when placing an order on the weekend exactly when it will be delivered based on which shipping option one choses.
