Their service and courtesy were fabulous. They were wonderful at communicating with both us and the funeral home as well. They went out of their way to get our order done in a tight time frame, and substituted a slightly higher priced item for a lower price when one that had been shown as available on the website turned out not to be. The casket itself looked very nice, and the quality was quite satisfactory. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the delivery was later than promised, and we were under a lot of pressure from the funeral home to meet the time since it was a Saturday. They did keep in touch and kept giving us estimated times, but that went on all day and kept changing. They did get it there, but it was a little after the funeral home had closed. It all worked out, but was added stress at an already stressful time, although the funeral home was equally responsible for that. But otherwise I would recommend them with no reservations.
