The person working with me on the phone stated a couple of caskets were out of stock since we desired cherry wood with high gloss but rep found something comparable and solid not veneer!!! So the worry was to have it arrive on time since we were shipping it after holiday weekend. Their Estes shipping company were fantastic also.
