The casket arrived on the next day as promised. Only thing is that the delivery company initially couldn't guarantee that it could arrive before the time the funeral home's receiving team got off work. That caused some stress, but after help from Overnight Caskets and the funeral home contacting the delivery company, it made it right before they closed. Dustin from Overnight Caskets provided great customer service. The casket itself looked nice and no major blemishes. However, upon inspection, the movement mechanism inside the casket to raise the platform did not move easily up and down. So the funeral home will do their best to raise the platform as much as possible for the viewing, which means the guests might have to bend over more into the casket to view the person.
