Overall I had a very positive experience with ONC (Overnight Caskets). Initially I ordered online the “The Praying Hands Monarch Blue Casket” with relative ease, however afterwards I received a phone call from the warehouse (Justin) indicating that the casket I ordered was not in stock. He offered an alternative similar casket (less money and a complete refund of my 3 day shipping cost of $150), however it was not to my liking. I told him that I will review online other websites as well as ONC. I found the same Praying Hands casket on another site, however it was an additional $500. I went back to ONC’s website and saw another casket that I liked (that was coincidentally $50 cheaper) and after reading all the positive reviews towards this particular casket (Knight Silver), I called Customer Service ,who then transferred me to the warehouse, and I spoke with Justin about the availability of the casket and the $200 credit. He said that they had that particular casket in stock and that he will issue a credit and guarantee free delivery within 3 days. I am happy to say that the funeral home received the casket 1 day early and that the casket was delivered undamaged. I was very pleased with the look of the casket and (at the viewing) I overheard a few people commenting how good the casket looked. I am very pleased I chose ONC because of the great CS, quick resolution, and savings (in comparison with the funeral home casket of $4,800) which helped to pay for other expensive funeral costs.
