It's better to call and order than to order online. When you call, they can give you a better idea of what caskets can be available in shorter time frames since some are at different warehouses. Be aware the free overnight shipping shown on the webside is misleading. Overnight only available if you are located within a certain distance of a warehouse that has the casket you want. That being said, the casket I ordered was delivered on the day they promised and was beautiful. No damage or other problems. They said a tracking number would be provided but I did have to email them to get it. Once I got it, I was able to follow shipment which helped ease any worry about it getting delivered on time. Overall, this was a good experience. Well worth it to get the savings.
