Casket arrived on time and was as nice as I expected. I would use you again. Only thing I would suggest is after the order is placed to have more up to date info regarding when it would be shipped and delivered. Since I ordered on a weekend that was unclear, website said open 24/7, but I was told later that you do not ship on weekends. Would have been good to know in case casket needed to be delivered by a certain day. Tracking was not available and info was never updated once casket was shipped. I had to call numerous times to find out where it was and when it would be delivered because there was no info available. You always answered the phone and checked for me, but it would have been easier to be able to track it myself. When ordering, the online chat never did work, no response the few times I tried. I was a little leary but I went ahead and ordered it online, though I did have questions I would have liked answered first before I placed the order and gave my credit card info. All in all the service was good and your product too..
