Overnight Caskets was prompt to overnight replacement casket once being notified of damaged casket (with supporting photos, which casket was likely damaged during delivery). Overnight Caskets would have 5 stars if courier delivered replacement casket also picked up damaged casket instead of courier issued separate order to pick up creating logistic / packaging issues. Overall, I will recommend Overnight Caskets.
