I was nervous ordering a casket online for my mom's burial; however it was such a smooth transaction that I do not hesitate on giving this company 5 stars. We encountered a major storm during the delivery. Staff did an excellent job keeping me informed and although delivery was delayed by one day, due to weather, it was delivered in plenty of time for the funeral. The casket was beautiful and we could not have found anything as nice as this through the funeral home for this price. We were able to spend the money we saved on a nice service and reception for our mom, who deserved a beautiful send off.
