Everything was prefect except there was a small scuff on the back of the casket. Ordered on March 7 and was delivered to the funeral home on March 14. Overnight Casket was quick to contact me when the funeral home did not want to accept the casket. The delivery person was very kind to wait until a family member got there to sign off on the casket since the funeral home won't accept the casket without a family member being present. I will definitely order from them again.
