The website was straightforward and easy to maneuver, no difficulty with placing my order, and I received a confirmation email right away (during the difficult time of losing your loved one, you want the process of completing the final arrangements to go as smoothly as possible). I had the casket shipped overnight and it was received at the funeral home (a couple of hours earlier than expected) in perfect condition. When my family went to the funeral home to make sure it was exactly what we ordered (this was for our loved one and very important to us), we were incredibly pleased! The casket was absolutely beautiful! The picture on the website did not do it justice. The price was very affordable and after inspecting it, the funeral director said it was excellent quality.
