My questions were answered via online chat. Ordered from the east coast list on Tuesday. Received a 2 hour delivery window for Thursday and it arrived a bit early. Funeral home required a family member to view and sign before accepting. It was packaged extremely well. Driver helped remove the packaging and waited while we brought it inside to inspect. The casket was a bit nicer than the one that was double the price at the funeral home. we got the silver economy Monarch. Would definitely recommend this company. So happy to have options to reduce costs when there is. I life insurance to cover burial expenses.
