The casket was beautiful and the ordering process was very smooth. However, we ordered the casket on Mon Dec. 30th and due to the holiday Overnight Caskets was closed on Tues and Wed. We needed the casket to be at the funeral home on Thursday for the service on Friday. Overnight Caskets was unable to bring the casket to the funeral home on Thursday. The funeral home was nice enough to send someone to the New Jersey warehouse to pick up the casket on Thursday. Everything ended up working out and the service was beautiful.
