Working with Overnight Caskets was a very good experience for me and my family. We were operating with a small window of time, we called Overnight Caskets and someone answered our call right away. They were the only company that we spoke with that could make the delivery by our deadline and their customer service was exceptional. On the day the casket was to arrive I received a call verifying the delivery time, something I did not expect. The quality of the casket was great and the only reason I am giving the company 4 stars and not 5, is because a casket key did not come with the casket. I do recommend this company.
