I called before I ordered to ask questions about delivery, return policy, etc... I was told when to expect casket delivery. On delivery day I received a call from them to tell me it would be at funeral home between 2 and 3pm. It arrived at 2:47 - right on time. Casket was beautiful, and people remarked on it. Very pleased and would use them again.
