Great company. There was an issue with the casket I ordered because it was not on the East Coast. I had a rep call me and explain. I asked that he work it out with company leadership and call me back. Another company rep called back and offered a more expensive casket as the one I ordered ( this was also one of the three the family picked out) for the price of our original order with next day delivery. The delivery company was as good as it gets with any help we wanted to uncrate and check for damage. This was a great experience at a low time in our lives but they made this a no problem and we received more than we expected. What a great company to deal with.
