I enjoyed most of my experience with Overnight caskets. The personnel was great. Very kind and quick to answer any questions I had. One problem which could have been a major one if the funeral was at the time expected, was our casket came with a very large dent in the center top of it (about 12x10x2). I'm surprised they don't check them out before delivery since funerals are already stressful for customers and the coffin is the main thing, besides of course the loved one, that people are looking at. In my case they quickly got a new one for us. I'm a bit surprised I didn't receive an apology to the fact, just a short email saying one was on the way. Who knows, maybe they'd have brought a new one a few hours later if need be. I would order again from them since they made a wrong right, but only If I had an extra day or so in case of another mistake.
