Overall a great company! They delivered a quality casket, on time, with no real issues. I ordered the White Cross Lords Prayer casket, because it looked perfect for my mother-in-law. I was not disappointed; it looked beautiful and well made. Most people at the funeral did not know you could order a casket online. I have never ordered a casket online before, and had reservations about quality, delivery, hassles in general. No problems occurred, all went smoothly. The only issues were no tracking number, no notification that it had been delivered. I did get one email saying it had shipped on time, but that was all. I trusted in all the great reviews of the company, and sure enough, I called the funeral home the next day and it was there, in fine condition. Ordered and delivered in less than 18 hrs; and I had one less major thing on my mind at a very stressful time. Improvement in tracking could use some attention. I will recommend overnightcaskets to my family and friends.
