I loved our Primrose Casket for our mother and were so pleasantly surprised to see the details were pink carnations which were our mothers favorite flower and we had thought they were originally pink roses. We save 1000.00 dollars and got a more personalized casket than the plain white that we were going to get at the funeral home. they were out of the Lady of Guadalupe casket which was our first choice and so was overnight casket but thats ok because we were ordering on the fly when our funeral home said we had 2 hours to order outside of them. Primrose was available and it was perfect...Fate. Our mother in her pink outfit looked like an angel and it was a truly lovely coffin. I did take pics but they are on my sisters phone there were 3 very small areas where the paint was smudged and should have been retouched but for 1000 less i did not care nor did we notice when we were crying our eyeballs out. over all 5 starts for super customer service , no shipping charge, on time delivery and a super sweet casket i was not overcharged on! So happy
