Beautiful casket was delivered with three obvious crosswise scratches across the top of it - funeral home tried their best to hide them but it looked pretty poor. Casket was otherwise beautiful, delivered on time, and at a great price. Overnight Caskets promptly issued a credit with their apologies for the damage. Good to know they stand behind their product. If I had to go through this process again I would certainly give them another try.
