Never Ina million years would I ever have thought I'd be writing a review about a casket purchase. I lost a dear friend and was helping her husband thru the process. The viewing of the caskets in the Funeral home was brutal for the loved ones. And the pricing is crazy. I did some research and saw all the great reviews so I called to get some info. Alyssa couldn't have been more helpful. Awesome to deal with Ina very emotional time. She explained the process and made me feel comfy with the concept. The casket arrived at the funeral home exactly as expected. I was asked to be present to inspect it. It was perfect for three occasion and very similar to the one I've seen in the Funeral home at a MUCH lower price. The reason I'm writing this is to share that in this worst moment, most vulnerable state... There IS an alternative. Steve C from NY
