The process, while emotionally difficult, was made easier when making the purchase. The casket was nearly identical to that of the funeral home and was almost exactly half the price. It arrived two days earlier than the estimated date and was is pristine condition. Even the outer cardboard box was undamaged. While the overall situation was not pleasant, this purchase went smoothly, which was quite a relief to us.
