The guys at The Bed Sheet Club are awesome! I ordered 4 sets of sheets (different colors) and comforter. They called me to inform me that the packaging of one of the colors was in a damaged condition and they were not comfortable shipping it to me. Wait...what? They offered an alternative color that was immediately available, in the same color theme. So, they cared enough about my satisfaction that ranter than ship damaged goods - they notified me of that issue and offered a solution. That is great customer service! I've just become a customer for life! And I will tell everyone what a great company and what great products they offer! I give them 5 STARS!! Thanks guys! You're the best!
