I ordered a duvet which was planning to use in a cover but it was too small. When I called to get a return number, the rep said they could not because of health issues, but that they would still give me a refund. He also offered to send a cover that would fit, which I declined. Very satisfied with service, but if they had given the dimensions in the order details could have saved all a lot of trouble.
