If I could give your company 0 stars I would. This is hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a retailer. I'm not a person that usually does reviews but your company's service is that bad. When I received my box it was split wide open and didn't contain any receipt or invoice of my purchase. Once I got the box open I realized I was sent the wrong color. I emailed immediately so I could exchange or return and the gentleman who helped me never got back to me. That was five days ago. All I asked for was my receipt. I then tried to log on to get my receipt and it wouldn't allow me to login or view my order history. I will never use your company again and will make sure to tell anyone I know looking for sheets to buy locally or stick with Amazon. Horrible!
