Good service--rapid response--rapid delivery. One little problem which is probably my fault--ordering pillowcases to match a fitted bottom sheet we apparently misread the description of the pillowcases in that we wanted two pillowcases but the catalog showed "one" (not a pair) per. Turned out when we ordered "two" which we wanted we got four instead. The catalog should be a bit better indicating "one" actually means a pair.
