The sheets were not suitable for my use, so I wanted to return them. I only opened the box to see how to return them, and there was no information in the box on what to do at all. And what was in the box, was from another company, so they are just a middleman....did not know that either, or I would have bypassed this company all together. So when I e-mailed the company, I learned there is a re-stocking fee, up to $19.95!!!! I expected to pay the return postage, but a re-stocking fee on top of that...really!!! That is ridiculous, and where was that in the advertising...probably hidden in the small print. And they can take up to 10 days to give a refund!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. That is why Amazon is so successful...they do not rip off their customers. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.
