I was expecting thicker material, but its soft enough. I don't think these will last too long though. I guess time will tell. The elastic also goes all the way around the fitted sheet so it's hard to know what is up/down on the sheet, which I found odd. The elastic also feels like a rubber band, so I'm unsure of the durability of that as well. But, I guess you get what you pay for...
