Order for King Split Top Sheets was submitted on February 2nd. After hearing no follow up on the shipment of the order for a week I emailed customer service to inquiry. I received a response on the 10th saying that a new shipment would arrive to be shipped on the 11th and expedited shipping would occur. Shipment was received on the 14th, 12 days after the initial order. The frustrating part of the process is that at no time was communication being sent to me without me having to inquiry. Had I not asked how long should I have waited ask a question? Why not tell me when I ordered the product that the sheets were out of stock and shipment would be delayed?
