I have been with OVH for over 15 years purchasing bare bones servers and mostly windows licencees so I am in a privileged position to have known this company for a VERY long time. Recently their customer service and care has become diabolical almost clinical, two of my servers are over 3 years old and I need them to urgently renew my server licences but continue to be ignored 4 days later! it's a shame this company has sunk so low, once upon a time they were one of the best and the main reason I switched to them in the first place, looks like I have to start looking again.
