I would like to congratulate Charlotte on her extraordinary customer service! Charlotte was the only assistant working in the store when my partner & I visited on Monday, 3 October. Charlotte remained cool as a cucumber balancing assisting multiple customers at different stages of reviewing product, trying on sizes, making purchases, collecting alterations all while greeting new customers as they entered the store with a cheerful greeting! Charlotte couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting my partner, myself, and other costumers who arrived during the period of our visit. Having 10 years of retail experience I really appreciate consummate professionals with superb customer skills & talents.
