The website is incredibly easy to invest in, but it is difficult to get your money back, to the point that you start to question its legitimacy. The phone is 'no longer functioning' and the personal advisor is available. Email communication is very slow, and sudden additional procedures that I was not aware of before and that cost more money and time to settle are still pending till TONELIMITED. quickly came in and gave me my refund, but my experience thus far has been quite disheartening.
