Placed an order for delivery at Hyderabad on 17th Sept. After they didn't deliver on the date and time opted for, I tried reaching them on phone number provided on 18th, but the number was switched off continuously. Connected with them through chat on portal which was ended abruptly after I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund as delivery commitment was missed. Messaged them on WhatsApp and when I asked for cancellation and refund, look at the way they responded !! Do not fall trap to Oye Gifts.
