Box was open and items were used when delivered, one of the item was delivered separate which was part of the box. People working in customer service have no idea how to deal with customers at all. Whoever delivered just ruined my Moms Mother's Day! on top of that Agent who was chatting online got rude and was arguing instead of finding a solution. Cake was not delivered the way the picture showed on the site. When questioned the person wrote "ok so only the heart were missing everything else was fine, plz don't order from our site again and don't recommend anyone also" IS THIS THE RESPONSE THAT CUSTOMER SHOULD GET FROM OYEGIFTS Agents??? I have always used other sites this time I used this OYEGIFTS and was just very upset that why I didn't go with some other reliable site that will delivered what is ordered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN... THEY MESSED UP THE CAKE AND THE GIFT ITEM (1800) WAS OPENED AND USED AND THEN DELIVERED.. SHAME ON YOU OYEGIFTS AND SHAME ON THE PERSON WHO IS NOT FIT TO WORK FOR SITES LIKE THIS.. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO WRITE WHEN THEY DEALING WITH INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. THEY WON'T GIVE ME THE REFUND OR SEND A NEW ITEM INSTEAD ASKING FOR A VIDEO WHICH WAS NOT MADE WHILE OPENING THE BOX.....my mom is 85+ i was not expecting her to make videos when she received the gifts.... THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME WITH OYEGIFTS... ANYWAYS! THE IMPORTANT MESSAGE IS THAT "OYEGIFTS" SHOULD TRAIN THEIR WORKERS AND NOT JUST HIRE THEM WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I VERY MUCH WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CALL ME OR REFUND ME THE MONEY ... YOU CAN PICK UP THE USED ITEMS FROM THE ADDRESS....
