I ordered a black forest cake, message card, and chocolates for a birthday. Despite my clear instructions, they failed to write 'Happy Birthday' on the cake or include a birthday cake tag. The Dairy Milk chocolates were also fake, with a different color and a terrible taste. The chocolates looked expired but were not expired, and didn't even come close to the real Dairy Milk quality. To make matters worse, they overcharged me, taking ₹300 for two chocolates worth ₹170. When I messaged them about my issue, they didn't respond properly. The service was terrible, and I'm extremely disappointed. I wouldn't recommend using their services.
