I ordered sleepers, I got an email saying that they could not deliver my order after 3 weeks that I placed my order. They said to either get a refund or choose something else so I decided to get a refund and order something else elsewhere. Later on, I get another email from Oysho saying that my order was in its way. I am now stuck with both and they emailed me saying that my order has been delivered, nothing about the refund I requested. Terrible service. Never again, it's frustrating that they don't even have a customer service number.
