At 21 December I ordered some articles at OYSHO. A couple of days later I was called, they asked for a different delivery point because they couldn't find the one I filled in online. I told them a new one. But then a couple of days later I got an email saying they couldn't find this one either (which is strange, because they're post offices I regularly use). I emailed them back with another delivery point. But then on the 4th of January I got an email saying my order had been cancelled because I hadn't given them a correct address. I emailed back asking what went wrong, and that I was quite disappointed about all this. The only reply I got was an automatic one. This morning (11 January) I called them asking what was going on, and I was just told in a robotic way that the system had cancelled my order because it lacked an address, even though I had made an effort to help them... There was only an apology after I had expressed my disbelief multiple times, and nothing like a discount for my next order. Of course the items I ordered back then are not in stock anymore. This was a disappointment, terrible customer service, and I will not use OYSHO again in the future.
