Dreadful customer service, cheap quality clothing.
I bought my wife a pair of PJ bottoms for Christmas from Oysho and in less than a month they developed a hole in the cotton. I contacted "Customer Service", initially by email, but though the auto response said they would get back to me in 1-2 working days I lost patience after a 9 days and phoned. Their automated system was not great and cut me off two times before connecting me to a human who found my email and told me I had to send an email with photos, which I did and after a few days an additional photo, showing the inside label was requested. Which I also sent.
Eventually I got an email saying that after reviewing my case they had "not found any defect that may have been caused by the fabric" and so would not exchange or accept the return.
That is pretty bad customer service, there's very clearly a hole in the item, they're almost new. The process was hard to follow and I didn't feel that they were trying to help me at any point.
