Due to a family member contracting Covid over the Christmas period, we self isolated for a week away from home. This meant that I was a week late in trying to return over a £100's worth of nightwear. The brusque customer service refused to take this into account and I was refused any refund. I appealed the decision and after several emails and another call, I was refused a refund again. I had even offered to accept a credit note or gift card. I am now stuck with overpriced goods which do not fit anyone I know. What a petty mean pathetic company. No consideration or sympathy for the unfortunate plight I found myself in. All praise to Next who responded very differently and refunded my money in the same circumstances. Neither I nor my daughters will ever buy anything from Oysho ever again. Dreadful customer service.
