I have to agree with all that has been written previously. In the past I have ordered items which have been of reasonable quality and have received an instant refund when returned items. However my last order has turned into an on-going saga. Two items ordered, one perfectly fine, the other still had the security tag attached. I returned the items, having sent photos of proof of postage and the goods themselves. I asked for a replacement. These arrived, however still had a security tag attached. Decided to go for the refund. (In hindsight I should have gone to any old clothes store and asked if I could borrow a tag remover). Again photos and proof of postage sent. This time no answer. E-mails and twice weekly phone calls. You can't get through to the "refund department" as they won't give the phone number or e-mail address out. Complaints can only be made in-store, of which there are none in the UK. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. Goodness knows what would happen if you just didn't like the item you received. Take heed and order from Oysho at your peril, read the reviews below and make an informed decision to stay well away.
