Purchased four visitor cards with the understanding that we could refund unused balances. We opted for black cabs the whole time so I had $200 in unused cards. I started the refund process with them on June 21, 2023. Four months and several emails later, I still have no refund. Last month, I received an email that they had cancelled the cards to issue me a refund, but that I would have to wait 30 days for an email with account details for hsbc.com to register and collect my funds. A month after that and 2 emails and a phone call later...nothing. I am told to keep emailing. This site is an absolute scam and the government should be ashamed.
