Got an over 60 Oyster card Free travel exp Jan 2030 for a £20.00 fee, however this got cancelled after a year as it was renewed for a fee of £10.00 which was notified by Email from TFL, missed the Email and no other form of communication either by text or letter was attempted by TFL, a new application has to be made for a new £20.00 fee although the Oyster card has an Exp of Jan 2030, why do that, there is nothing on the back of the card to say that the card should be renewed for the fee of £10.00, very disappointing as I was new to this Oyster free travel after years of paying to travel on TFL, the card is misleading by issuing it with an Expiry date of 10 years but cancelled after a year for not renewing and paying the fee to prove you are who you are, it's poor service, very disappointing, no second chance.
