I am writing regarding the 26th of May 2024. There is a cycle event on this day. Many road closed. Some roads are closed from 4 am. We use to go to work by our own vehicle on Sunday. But this time we decided to use train. Unfortunately Tower bridge station was close and not saying anything when we check online. Also limited service Aulgate station. When some roads close for any events, our underground service need to be fully functional. But they are also sleeping like our Mayor. Towerbridge station always closed at weekends lack of staff. It is not our problem. This jokers even did not update it. When we check TFL website to use train it is showing use Towerbridge station. We got many experience about it they simply saying short of staff. Shame on while TFL and Mayor. Ticket charging is very expensive comparing other countries. Service is poor like third world countries. Arranging cycle event in city of London and asking drivers to use public transport but they are closed and slow moving also part close and some of the station are closed without inform. Shame shame shame……..
