Got on the bus 433 at heathrow. I got off at blunts road to get a 278. The indicator said 24 minutes. I decided to get on the 222 to harlington corner.only to find a 278 behind us. When I got the 278 I complained.to the driver but he decided to suspend the service till I got off . The drivers at Dawley road abellio depot are rude and arrogant and quite honestly a joke. Their buses run late. Always suspending there service short of the destination and their buses don't appear on the destination board or app. Most don't understand or speak English.
