I booked 2 parcels with them and chose to drop them off at the depot. I was unable to print the labels via the P4D site - the error message said 'wait 1 hour and try again', I did and was still unable. I missed the courier deadline for pickup that day. Still not able to 3 days later so had to book and pay again via parcelf*rce directly. P4D have refunded me but cost me some bad feedback on ebay for late shipment, entirely because their website didnt work and they have zero support.
Their website says web chat support is available, this is not the case.
will never use again.
