You reviewed Packingboxes Add photo Benjamin Lewis 2 reviews 1 star: Bad Just now WORST "FAKE" COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!! Makes me fuming that I even have to give them 1 star !! Originally ordered a 160L storage tub on 21st April and paid £7 !! for "express" delivery . 2 weeks later it still hadn't arrived !! Tried calling ... customer service do not EVER pick up their phone !! So had to call sales . They told us it had been delivered and signed for on 29th April .. clearly not as i wouldn't be calling otherwise !! Told us another box would be sent out and be with us in 48 hours ... another 2 weeks later ..STILL NOTHING !! Was told again another box would be sent out and be with us next day and our £7 delivery fee would be refunded ... ANOTHER 4 DAYS LATER AND STILL NOTHING !! No box .. no refund !!! AT THIS POINT I WANT TO KILL SOMEONE !! Called again and said u know what just give me my money back ... oh but it has to go through accounts first in a different building so I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THAT !! AND apparently the 2nd box didnt even exist and someone just lied about sending it !! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY / FAKE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH !!! DISGRACEFUL . AM GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS ABOUT THEM !!!
