Ordered loads of boxes, bubble wrap etc for next day delivery. Only 2 wardrobe boxes turned up WITHOUT RAILS!! Phoned, got an apology but they couldn't guarantee timing of next delivery so had to cancel. No confirmation received despite promise, await with bated breath to see if I get refund, also I confirmed this shambles in email, no response!
