First delivery I apparently refused to accept at the door. I wasn’t there, and I’d left instructions where to put the boxes. They didn’t contact me for redelivery or refund. They redelivered after I had repeated the instructions and left the box outside, not in the safe, dry place I’d requested. Fortunately it was not raining. Totally rubbish service and I will not use them ever again.
