Utterly useless and untrustworthy. Ordered Linen boxes and a Golf Club box, both of which arrived bent and unusable. Emailed the company with photos. They first denied being able to see any damage (seriously, the Golf Box was a WRECK!). Then they just ignored the follow up emails. They also moderate the reviews on their own site to weed out the negative ones. 53% on here give them one star and I wish I'd known that before I wasted my money on them. Avoid at all costs!
